WITHDRAWAL
MANAGEMENT
PROGRAM

Beginning recovery can feel overwhelming, especially during the first few days after stopping substance use.
Roads to Recovery’s Withdrawal Management Program provides a safe, supportive, recovery-focused environment where individuals can begin stabilizing physically and emotionally while being connected to ongoing recovery support and community resources.

Our 8-bed, peer-run program is designed for adults experiencing withdrawal symptoms related to substance use who may benefit from short-term stabilization and structured support. Unlike a hospital or traditional clinical detox setting, our program emphasizes lived experience, connection, dignity, and hope. Participants are supported by Certified
Peer Recovery Specialists and recovery support staff who understand the challenges of early recovery firsthand.

The Withdrawal Management Program offers a calm and supportive environment with 24/7 staff support,
recovery-focused programming, peer support, transportation coordination, and linkage to continuing services such as residential recovery housing, outpatient treatment, employment resources, recovery meetings, and
community support systems. Our goal is not only to help individuals safely navigate the beginning stages
of recovery, but also to help them build a foundation
for long-term recovery and stability.

At Roads to Recovery, we believe recovery is possible for everyone. The Withdrawal Management Program is designed to meet people where they are, reduce barriers to care, and provide a compassionate first step toward lasting recovery.
